This Chocolate Terrine is silky, smooth and fudgy! It'll provide a perfect ending to a special day. For a chocolate lovers try this indulgent Chocolate terrine, simple to make yet so delicious!
Ingredients
- 200 g Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 90 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon rum
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Place butter and chocolate in metal or heat-proof bowl. Place bowl over pan of boiling water(but remove from heat). Stir mixture until melted and smooth.
- Add sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add eggs. Stir mixture until smooth and silky.
- Add all purpose flour and rum, mix until incorporated.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Place round baking pan onto oven rack. Set loaf pan in center of baking pan. Pour hot water into bottom of round baking pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until chocolate mixture begins to puff slightly around edges. It's ok if center may sink slightly.
- Refrigerate well before serving.
