Scale
- 100g chocolate
- 30g nuts
- 100g cream cheese
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Crush the nuts by placing them in a bag and using a rolling pin to break them into larger pieces. It's fine to have bigger fragments to retain the texture.
- Place the chocolate in a bowl and melt it using either the microwave or a double boiler. Once melted, add the cream cheese and crushed nuts to the chocolate and mix them together.
- Shape the mixture into a square, and wrap it tightly with plastic wrap. Chill it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to set.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder on top according to your preference. Use a heated knife to cut into desired pieces. Wipe the knife with kitchen paper after each cut to achieve clean and neat edges.
