Soft and chewy Banana Oatmeal Cookies sweetened with mashed bananas are flour, sugar, and egg-free! Perfect for healthy breakfast and snacks.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 80 g oatmeal
- 40 g chocolate chips
- 40 g almond
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C | 350°F. Line oven sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Roast almonds in the oven for 10 minutes. Roast them until they're golden brown and fragrant. Then roughly chop the almonds.
- In a large bowl add bananas and mash well with folk.
- Combine the oatmeal, chocolate chips, chopped almond, and ground cinnamon. If cookie dough is too wet, add extra oatmeal to adjust.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with an oven sheet, using two spoons. The texture will be more crispy if flattens the dough.
- Bake in 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the cookies golden around the edges. Cool and enjoy!
Notes
Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies should be kept refrigerated and will keep for 5 days.
