- 120g oatmeal
- 30g Nuts
- 30g dried fruit
- 40g honey
- 40ml vegetable oil

- Place an oven sheet in a 15cm (6 inches) square pan.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Oatmeal Bars
- In a bowl, combine oats, roughly chopped nuts, dried fruits, honey, and vegetable oil.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan lined with parchment paper and press it down firmly using a spoon or any other utensil.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes, or until the surface is nicely browned. Once removed from the oven, allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, cut into your desired size.
Notes
- When freshly baked and hot, it is soft, so let it cool before cutting into pieces.
- Chocolate chips can be substituted for nuts and dried fruits.
- Melted butter can be used instead of vegetable oil to enhance the flavor.
