Description

Here's a recipe for fluffy pancakes that are made using only oat flour, without any wheat flour. With just 4 ingredients and a simple mixing process, it's a very easy recipe to follow.


Ingredients

  • 120 g oat flour
  • 2 tsp (8g) baking powder
  • 180ml milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Sift oat flour and baking powder into a bowl.
  2. Make a hollow in the center and pour in the milk and beaten egg.
  3. Mix well with a whipper.
  4. Bake without oil in a Teflon pan or on a hot plate Take about 2/3 of a ladle of batter over medium heat and pour it into the pan.
  5. When small holes appear on the surface and it looks dry, turn it over.
  6. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes more.
  7. Feel free to top the finished pancakes with butter, honey, maple syrup, or any other toppings of your choice.
