- 120 g oat flour
- 2 tsp (8g) baking powder
- 180ml milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Sift oat flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- Make a hollow in the center and pour in the milk and beaten egg.
- Mix well with a whipper.
- Bake without oil in a Teflon pan or on a hot plate Take about 2/3 of a ladle of batter over medium heat and pour it into the pan.
- When small holes appear on the surface and it looks dry, turn it over.
- Bake for 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Feel free to top the finished pancakes with butter, honey, maple syrup, or any other toppings of your choice.
