- 50ml vegetable oil
- 80 g honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 30 g pecan nuts

Oatmeal Powder Muffins
In a bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, eggs and honey.
Sift in the oat flour and baking powder, add salt and mix until combined.
Fill the muffin tin up to the eighth fill of the batter. Top with nuts.
Bake in the preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 18-20 minutes. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, it's done.
