Berry Yogurt Bark

  • 150 g yogurt (drained or Greek yogurt)
  • 30 g sugar
  • Frozen mixed berries

Strawberry Yogurt Bark

  • 150g yogurt (drained or Greek yogurt)
  • 30g sugar
  • 30g Strawberry purée
  • strawberries

Cheesecake style yogurt bark

  • 150g yogurt (drained or Greek yogurt)
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cookie
  • 1 lemon slice

Instructions

Preparation

  1. For the yogurt bark, you will need Greek yogurt or strained yogurt. Greek yogurt can be used as is. If using strained yogurt, place a sieve over a bowl and line it with kitchen paper. Place the yogurt on top and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it drain in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.Prepare a freezer-safe container by lining it with parchment paper.Berry Yogurt Bark
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt and sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mold and spread it out thinly and evenly.
  4. Top with frozen mixed berries and chill in the freezer for 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Remove from the mold and cut with a knife or break into pieces by hand. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Strawberry yogurt bark

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and sugar. (You do not need to add sugar if the strawberry purée is sweetened.)
  2. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and spread evenly.
  3. Add the strawberry purée and spread with a toothpick to form a marble-like texture.
  4. Place the sliced strawberries on top and freeze for about 2 hours until firm.

Cheesecake-style yogurt bark

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and spread it thinly and evenly.
  3. Place lemon slices and crushed biscuits on top, then place the container in the freezer for about 2 hours to firm up and set.
