To maximize its shelf life, it's important to minimize exposure to air. Once the Yogurt Bark is frozen, place it in a container and tightly cover it with plastic wrap or transfer it to a zip-top bag for storage.

Equipment

You can use any freezer-safe container as a mold.

In this case, since I didn't have a mold of the perfect size, I placed a square-shaped ring on top of a baking sheet. This way, I created a mold. If you have a baking dish or a suitable container of the right size, it would be even easier to use.
