Scale
- 60ml Espresso (about 2 shots)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 240ml milk
Instructions
- Add espresso. When hot, add sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Add milk.
- Pour into a freezable container and place in the freezer.
- Chill for 1-2 hours to harden, depending on the freezer. It should harden just enough so that one part of it has hardened and the whole thing is still liquid.
- Pour the mixture into a glass, and it's ready to enjoy. Feel free to top it with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, or any other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
Notes
If using instant coffee, dissolve 1 tablespoon of instant coffee in 60ml of hot water. Then, follow the same steps to make the Frappuccino.
