This Best Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Recipe gives a super fudgy chewy inside with a crispy crust on top! It requires just 1 bowl, no mixer, and take less than an hour to make.

- 80 g chocolate, roughly chopped or chocolate chips
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 25 g all purpose flour
- 15 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C | 350°F.
- Line a 20cm square brownie tin with baking paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a microwave or in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
- Add sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir mixture until smooth.
- Add sifted flour and cocoa powder and walnuts. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is cracked but the middle just set.
- Cool to room temperature, then lift out of the tin and cut. Enjoy!
