- 60g banana
- 60 g honey
- 1 egg
- 120 g oatmeal
- 25 g pecan nuts
- 1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder

- 1 banana
- 25 g chocolate chips

Preparation
- Chop the pecan nuts.
- Preheat oven to 180°C(356°F).
- Grease the molds with oil or butter (not in quantity).
Baked oatmeal dough
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and mix all the ingredients except the topping.
- Pour into the mold.
Topping
- Cut the banana in half lengthwise and place on top of the batter, then top with chocolate chips.
- Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Notes
- You can add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the batter to give it a chocolate flavor.
- It pairs well with fruits like blueberries, raspberries, and apples.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a different taste. For those who want to reduce carbohydrates, using sweeteners like Erythritol is also an option.
- The shelf life is about 3 days in the refrigerator. Lightly reheating it before consuming makes it even more enjoyable to eat.
