I’m Noriko, I was born and raised in Tokyo and now I’m writing this in Luxembourg.
After I worked at a food import company in Japan, I’ve moved to Rome, Italy. In Rome, I participated in the Slow Food Movement and I acquired sommelier's qualification by an Italian Sommelier Association(A.I.S.). Then I began my career as a pastry chef.
After marriage, I’ve been in various cities, Florence, Rome, Paris, Bordeaux, and now I live in Luxembourg.
I'm living with my husband and two little daughters.
I love food, I like not only interested in cooking but also reading cookbook to learn about history and culture, visiting places where it makes and eats.
Through my experiences living in various countries and cities, I recognize that Food is strongly connected with the climate, history and culture of their country.
So I’d like to share my experiences and recipes, I'm willing to talk their stories and backgrounds, too.
I love sharing new ideas and experience with you through the food.
